        暴雪娱乐有限公司（“暴雪”）、威尔乌集团（“威尔乌”）、北京中清龙图网络技术有限公司（“龙图”）和莉莉丝科技（上海）有限公司（“莉莉丝”）很高兴宣布：针对由莉莉丝开发、龙图发行的原名为《小冰冰传奇》（“DOTA Legend”）的手机游戏，各方现已对该款游戏产生的争议达成均可接受，且对各方均有利的解决方案。
 
        除了向威尔乌和暴雪支付一笔款项外，龙图和莉莉丝也将对该款手游的名称以及部分美术进行修改。完成修改之后，该手游将以新名称《小冰冰传奇》发布于各移动平台。
 
        龙图和莉莉丝尊重威尔乌和暴雪的知识产权，并理解其涵盖了威尔乌及暴雪众多精品游戏中的所有创意元素，而正是这些创意元素带来了两家公司与众不同而广受欢迎的游戏体验。

        Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., Valve Corporation, Beijing Zhong Qing Long Tu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Longtu”) and Lilith Games (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Lilith) are pleased to announce that they have reached a mutually agreeable and beneficial resolution to their disputes concerning the game formerly known as 小冰冰传奇 (“DOTA Legend”), a mobile game developed by Lilith and distributed by Longtu.
 
        In addition to a payment by Longtu and Lilith, the companies also agreed to change the name and revise some of the artwork in the game. Following those changes, the game will be released under the new name, 小冰冰传奇 for distribution on mobile platforms.
 
        Longtu and Lilith respect Valve and Blizzard’s IP rights and understand that any creative elements contributing to the unique and popular gaming experience in the universes created by Valve and Blizzard through their various respective games is a key part of such IP rights.
